Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of Signoff Craft, operated by Signoff Craft (Istanbul, Türkiye). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You need an account to save signatures and use the builder. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use Signoff Craft for lawful purposes only. Don't use it to impersonate others, infringe someone's rights, upload unlawful or malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Your content
The details and images you add to a signature remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content so the service works for you. You're responsible for having the right to use any logo or image you upload.
Plans and billing
Signoff Craft offers a free plan and paid plans. Plan limits and prices are shown in the app. Payments for paid plans are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, who bills you on the cycle shown at checkout, issues your invoice, and handles applicable tax/VAT. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation and billing management are handled through Lemon Squeezy — you'll receive a link in your payment confirmation email.
Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for every paid plan, so its own terms and refund policy apply to your purchase alongside these terms. Your payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy and your plan opens as soon as that payment completes. For digital services performed immediately, the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal is limited by law — in Türkiye under the Distance Contracts Regulation, and under EU consumer law where that applies. You can cancel at any time to stop further charges; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged for any period after that. If you were charged in error or something went wrong with your purchase, write to [email protected] — we will look into it with Lemon Squeezy and tell you the outcome.
Intellectual property
Signoff Craft, including the website, builder and template designs, belongs to us. These terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but provide it "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may also update these terms; significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Signoff Craft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service.
