Who we are
Signoff Craft is an email-signature creation tool operated by Signoff Craft, based in Istanbul, Türkiye (the "data controller"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the website and the signature builder, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: [email protected].
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. When you build and save a signature we store the content you enter — such as name, job title, company, contact details, links and any logo or image you upload — so your signatures are available the next time you sign in. We also collect basic technical and usage data (for example device and browser type, and which features are used) needed to run and improve the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and secure your account, to save and display the signatures you build, to operate and improve the product, and to respond to your requests. With your consent, we may also send you product updates and tips by email — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Where your data is stored
Account and signature data are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, and this website is served through Cloudflare's global network. Both providers may process data on infrastructure located outside Türkiye. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards set out in Turkish data-protection law (KVKK) and on our providers' data-processing agreements, and we share only what is necessary to run the service.
Images in the signatures you send
The signatures you create include small icon images, and any logo you upload, that are hosted on our own domain. When someone receives your email and their email app loads those images, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records the request in standard server logs, including the requesting IP address, the same way it does for any visit to our website. The icons are a small set of shared files identical for every user, with no identifier attached to them. We do not use these requests to measure or report email opens or clicks, we do not link them to you or to your recipients, and we do not build profiles from them.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Signoff Craft (Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, Resend for email delivery, Lemon Squeezy for payment processing), and where required by law. Payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, your email address is shared with Lemon Squeezy to process your payment, and Lemon Squeezy handles billing, tax/VAT and invoicing for your subscription.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to make the site work. We do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights
Under applicable law — including Türkiye's KVKK and, where it applies, the GDPR — you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. You can delete saved signatures from your dashboard at any time, or ask us to delete your account. To exercise any right, contact [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by law.
Data retention
We keep your account and signature data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a signature we remove it and its logo record. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your remaining account record, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations. Logo image files we host stay reachable at their link, because that link is embedded in emails already sent. If you want that file removed as well, ask us and we will delete it — images in emails you have already sent will then show as broken.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date below and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email.
